Hervé is Moabi’s GIS project coordinator based at OSFAC in Kinshasa, DRC. He specializes in natural resource management and GIS. After completing his studies in agricultural engineering at the University of Kinshasa, he began his career as an intern at OSFAC where he worked as a GIS assistant for two years. Since July 2013 he has been responsible for OSFAC’s various training programs, data collection, and GIS statistics. Hervé has expertise in a wide range of GIS and remote sensing tools, as well as MRV tools such as GeoODK, Sapelli, ODK, and Geo wiki. He is a native French speaker and has a good working knowledge of English.
